HERizon for
Teen Girls
Designed to empower students (ages 15-18) and foster their holistic development on their path to success.
We equip students with invaluable skills and insights to navigate the academic landscape and beyond. This program fosters self-awareness and self-management, enabling students to develop strong identities and effectively manage their emotions and behaviors.
With an emphasis on duty and empathy, students develop a sense of social responsibility and compassion, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all.
HERizon for
Women
Purposed to cultivate leadership excellence, HERizon for Women Leaders empowers individuals to enhance their self-awareness and self-management skills, enabling them to make a positive impact in both personal and professional settings.
Participants learn the art of influential leadership, mastering the ability to inspire and guide others toward success while gaining a sense of ethical leadership and fostering empathy towards colleagues, employees, and the greater community.
Circle Pathway
Initiative
The Circle Pathway Initiative is more than a program—
it’s a promise to walk alongside first-generation, college-bound girls from 9th grade through their first year of college.
Rooted in our core values of Personal Growth, Achievement, Values, and Empowerment, this multi-year mentorship experience helps girls thrive academically, emotionally, and socially as they navigate high school, prepare for college, and step confidently into adulthood.
